Occupation Training takes place in the school bakery, carpentry, weaving workshop or on Proyecto Amigo's land (organic farming). All workshops run through the sales of their own products.

The goal is to produce local products and to improve soil quality using eco-friendly and organic methods. The focus is on "a responsible use of land and resources".

The farm includes: cultivation of vegetables and herbs, a greenhouse, composting, "refrigerator" made of adobe bricks and breeding of worms and guinea pigs.
