Proyecto Amigo – Casa Marcelino offers NATs elementary school (1st – 9th grade), occupation training, weekend school, after school and education for adults. Occupation Training takes place in the school bakery, carpentry, weaving workshop or on the center's land (organic farming). The center also has canteen, library and a human rights office.

The centre Siembra's program is federally approved and is adapted to the childrens work situation and needs (access to education and social rules / expectations). The teachers are from the area, have studied at Marcelino and completed their training elsewhere in the country.

One of the main goals is to work on inter-cultural understanding due to the wide variety of students participating in the program; different religions, cultural and social background. It is important that everyone learns about empathy, self-confidence, tolerance, discipline and accountability.
