Occupation Training takes place in the school bakery, carpentry, weaving workshop or on their land (organic farming).

All workshops run through the sales of their own products.

The workshop has two machines to weave carpets. The young people who work here are former students at the center and has taken a course in Lima, where they learned about the process of how to make yarn, the dyeing of yarn (using native plants and pigments), design and pre-production of carpets. Youngsters make carpets for sale and pass on their knowledge to younger students about the trade.

Currently they are working on a carpet collection that is sold in a shop in Huamachuco and in Lima. They constantly work to improve the quality of design and manufacturing.
